By using e-Elimu, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

Users must be authorized representatives of a school, parent/guardian, or student enrolled in a school using e-Elimu.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts in Kenya.

3. User Accounts

Schools, teachers, parents, and students may be required to create accounts.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.

Users must provide accurate and current information when registering.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for educational purposes and in compliance with Kenyan law.

You shall not:

Share sensitive student or school data with unauthorized parties.

Attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.

Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

5. Payments and Subscriptions (if applicable)

Certain features or school packages may require payment. Fees must be paid in full to access these services.

Refunds, if offered, will follow the e-Elimu Refund Policy.

Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

6. Data and Privacy

e-Elimu takes the privacy of schools, students, and parents seriously. Use of our Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Users agree to provide accurate data and keep it up to date.

Schools and parents consent to e-Elimu processing student and school information to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, software, and materials on e-Elimu are owned by e-Elimu or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

e-Elimu provides the Service “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.

Users may terminate their account at any time following the account deletion process.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

11. Changes to Terms

e-Elimu may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
